Slaves in chains

    Says Princess Adinasse, "when you take a person from their homeland
    against their will, that's not slavery, that's the crime of kidnap.
    When you take sex from our women without their permission, that's
    not slavery, that's the crime of rape. When you cut off a man's
    foot to instill fear and beat him until he is scarred for life
    because he ran for freedom, that is not slavery, that is terrorism.
    And when you take millions of souls from their homeland, their
    culture, their mores, their ethics, their language and their
    religion, that is most certainly not slavery, but genocide. To call
    it anything but what it really was lessens the impact of what
    occurred.
